• The base has a perfect finish – It got worse! I've been doing makeup for many years, I'm very detailed and I even gave it to a friend of mine who is a makeup artist to use and she also thought the same thing, this sponge only spreads the product on the face it doesn't polish the skin! that is, the foundation is only smeared on your face, not that polished and beautiful skin.

Easy to Sanitize – Okay, that's what she is! But for me that's the only quality of this business

• Easy to apply: It is very easy to use the oval brush, and you spread the product very quickly on the face, but it is not very anatomical to apply in the corner of the nose and eyes.
You'll need to do a little extra work for the corners of your face, or even use a smaller oval brush! For me the best quality of this brush is its agility! in the morning when I'm in a hurry I use it because you quickly spread the foundation and it already has a polished finish.

• Waste the base- Yea! this type of brush sucks the foundation a lot, for me this is the downside of it, especially if the foundation is a more liquid type, its bristles absorb the foundation and you will need to apply a little more product!

• Easy to Sanitize: No, the bristles are long and well glued together, which accumulates a lot of the base and to clean you will have to put a lot of neutral soap and open the bristles to clean and also to dry it takes a long time.

• Price: R$38.50 affection right!

Beauty Blender Foundation or Sponge Applicator in Drop Format

• Finishing: great, it's one of the finishes I like the most because it gives a light polish and even when you moisten it (which is the right way to use it so it doesn't absorb too much foundation) you get that glow on the skin! it has been the product I use the most to apply foundation, even foundation in mousse or stick will look very good applied with it.

• Easy to Apply: yes, very easy to use. I believe that even those who have no skill will be able to use it without great difficulties.

• Waste Base: For creamy foundations it wastes very little.
If you use it the right way, which is by moistening the sponge beforehand with water or thermal water, which is ideal, you will waste less and still give a hydrated skin aspect, it is very good.

If the foundation is too liquid, the sponge will absorb the product a little more, this is a negative point there for the beauty blender foundation applicator.

• Easy to sanitize: Yes, very easy, just under the water, pass neutral soap on it, press it well and it loosens all the base, then you squeeze it to remove the excess water and it dries quickly.

• Price: there are several prices, it's good to point out that beauty blender is a brand, and it's expensive. The right way to look is like a drop sponge, then you can find it from R$17.00 reais.

Duo Fiber Brush

This one is already well known, and has had its time of fame too!

• Finishing: Very good, if the brush is not of good quality there may be some scratches on the skin of the brush fibers.

• Base waste: if the bristles are very little synthetic, I usually use them to iron water-based liquid base, I think it is very good and absorbs little.

• Easy to sanitize: Yes, in general it is quiet but like the oval brush it takes a while to dry.

• Price: It has everything in price, but I warn you that a quality duo fiber brush won't come out less than R$50 real

My final thoughts on Foundation Applicators

Well I have particularly used the beauty blender sponge foundation applicator, for me she is the best.

If you look at the tutorials of bloggers and youtubers from abroad, you'll see that this little sponge is in all of them, it's even great for applying concealer and I've seen a lot of tutorials in which they use this sponge even to apply powder!

With this I don't say that those who use another type of applicator are more or less correct than me.

We also have to consider that there are different types of foundation textures, from solid foundations (sticks) to more watery foundations. And that for each foundation texture a brush can offer better performance.

But I've tested all these options, both with a creamy foundation and with a more liquid foundation and my verdict is that of all the Foundation Applicators Sponge Drop is the best among these options.

Because it is easy to use, easy to wash, good price and applies well to many types of foundation, only losing a little performance with water-based foundations.
