How to Make Your Inverted Smokey Eye in 4 Steps<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Follow this tutorial on how to do the Inverted Smokey <\/strong>and rock the look to get out of the routine<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. First of all, apply some eyeshadow primer on both lower eyelids. This will help prevent the pencil from running down as the day goes on.<\/li>
  2. Then apply a little concealer around your eyes, as you are going to really highlight the underside of your eyes with a black pencil, you have to make sure you cover your dark circles so you don't look like a panda!<\/li>
  3. Using liquid eyeliner, or a good soft black pencil, carefully trace a thin line along the top and bottom waterline.<\/li>
