O lamen (which is also called Ramen) is a dish of Chinese origin, which was developed in Japan. It is an extremely popular dish, there are around 34,000 Ramen houses in Japan. In São Paulo every day I see more houses of Lámen appearing in the city! Uhuuuuuuuuuu how not to love SP.

Ramen dough is made with wheat flour, eggs and water. The side dishes are diverse and the most famous are these with eggs and strips of pork or chicken. There is a vegetarian version.

Momo is a house of  Lamen in SP very beautiful in the freedom that I already love! You can call your friends and even your enemies! It has 3 floors

You will choose your Ramen starting with the broth!

There are basically 3 types of broth:

• Shoyu Lamen: Seasoned with soy sauce. It is the most popular type of Ramen, the sauce is fuller and more flavorful!

Miso Lamen: Seasoned with soy paste. It has a full-bodied broth with a strong miso flavor.

Shio Lamen: seasoned only with salt. This one is nice for those who like softer flavors, in my opinion the simplest one is.

My favorite is Shoyo Lamen!

Tip: On the menu, the ramen that has a red ball there in the price are the spicy ones and the ones with black balls are the common ones, don't say I didn't warn you heimmmm!

The flavors I love the most are the Shoyo Karaague – which comes with fried and breaded chicken inside, chives, egg and bean sprouts.

And the MOMO that is based on miso sauce and comes with strips of pork, egg and chives.

Thanks for the comment, Fe! Oh, I've known about ramen for a long time because I love Asian cuisine, and the coolest thing is that it's becoming popular, and there are so many options for places and flavors! I think it's delicious and worth trying; it has nothing to do with instant noodles, it's very tasty. And yes, I thought it was important to explain the difference and how to eat it because when I went to a ramen house for the first time, I was the only Brazilian. I didn't know how to order it or how to eat it. I ended up ordering it with chili, lol, and I don't want my dear readers to have the same experience! Thanks for the support 🙂
